Admission Norms
For UG :- First year, Second year and Third year of B.A., B. Com. & B. Sc.
- Students having passed HSC / any equivalent examination are eligible for the admission of first
- Students having passed first and second year examination as per the norms of affiliating University are eligible for admission to second and third year
Essential documents for Admission
Students have to submit the application form along with the following documents.
- Last year’s original marks memo along with four attested xerox
- Original Transfer / Leaving certificates with four attested xerox
- Three latest
- Adhar card self attested xerox
- Attach Gap certificate if there is gap in education (on bond paper of 100/- duly attested from competent authority)
- Bank Account pass book (Nationalised bank) self attested xerox copy (for scholarship holders)
- Marks memo of 10th class in original along with Two xerox
Essential documents for filling scholarship form
- Caste certificate, original along withTwo self attested xerox
- Last year’s mark memo, Transfer certificate, S.C. marks memo. (Two self attested xerox copies)
- Original Income certificate from Tahsil office with one self attested xerox
- Domicil certificate from Tahsil (self attested xerox copies)
- In case of fathers death attested xerox copy of death certificate and Income certificate in favour of Mother’s
- Personal Bank Account of any nationalised Bank (xerox copies of first page of pass Book)
- GOI sanctioned No Certificate for those who are admitted from other
- Hard copy of GOI with all necessary document must be submitted to office within time After filling online GOI (www.mahadbtmanait.gov.in)
- Duplicate C. holders are not eligible for to fill the scholarship form.

Discipline
- Students must carry their Identity cards with them
- Use of mobile / cell phone is strictly prohibited in college
- Consuming Gutka, Panmasala, smoking, drinking alcohol is strictly prohibited in college
- Students must park their vehicles only in parking
- Regular 75% attendance for lectures and practicals is necessary
- The furniture, lamps, fans and practical materials equipment in laboratory should be used carefully
- Pasting of hand bills, Posters and writing any thing on walls of class room or in toilet is strictly
- Without permission visitors are not allowed in the college
- Formation of circles of many persons without permission are not allowed in college
- Shouting and Misconduct with staff is a punishable

Scholarships
GOI – Post Matric Scholarship

- For Sc category-Income limit of parents / Guardian is up to 2.00 Lacs.
- For OBC/SBC/VJNT – category Income limit of parents / Guardian should not exceed 1.00 Lac.
Post Matric Government of India Scholarship
- For ST category
- Income limit of family is 2.50/- Lacs.
Scholarship Scheme for students of Minority Communities pursuing Higher Education
- Candidate should not avail any other scholarship,
- 30% seats are reserved for female
- Annual Income of parents should not exceed to 6.00 lacss.
Scholarship to Handicapped Students
- Handicapped upto 40% or
Rajarshri Shahu Maharaj Shikshan Shulk Shishyavrutti Yojna
- Annual Income must be less than or equal to 5 lakh having Income Certificate.
- Candidate having 60% marks or more and having annual family Income within 5 lakh to 6.o lakh are eligible.
